A typical coaching program will last anywhere from 4 to 6 months.
This event is for organizational leaders and teams to explore the essential concepts and tools of conscious leadership. You will have the opportunity to explore, in depth, how you are relating to a specific issue of your choosing and learn the shift moves to become a more conscious leader. The workshop is highly experiential and interactive. It can be delivered live in-person or virtually.

We deploy the principles of Conscious Leadership, Nonviolent Communication and & Relationship Systems Coaching to do the work. As each situation is unique, we use a tailored approach. We also believe that if you look deep enough and without scarcity, everyone can get their needs met – just not in the way they originally thought. The conflict resolution process can be done as a team, with larger groups or separately with individual partnerships. It typically involves a number of steps:
